Queen’s Community Housing provides a number of services for landlords, including:

• Landlord Contract Program – a voluntary program for landlords who have had their units inspected by an independent third party for compliance with the City of Kingston’s property standards by-law.

• Accommodations Listing Service – a service for advertising your rental listings.
