Searching for Housing? –> Accommodation Listing Service

You can visit the ALS by clicking here: Accommodation Listing Service

The Queen’s Accommodation Listing Service* allows both Queen’s and local landlords to list available units.  It is a tool to help students in need of rental accommodation to connect with landlords who have rental properties available. Community Housing also posts any available units from current tenants looking to sublet or assign their lease. These can be posted at any time, so make sure to check the ALS frequently.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that any prospective accommodation is appropriate, suitable and safe.

Properties owned by the University and managed by Queen’s Community Housing are marked with the Queen’s University crest.

Queen’s University operates a Landlord Contract Program. Units that are in the program and advertised on this listing service have been inspected by an independent third party for compliance with City of Kingston Property Standards. They are identified by the tri-colour flag logo on their listing.
