Creativity Connects – Discussion on Mental Health & Creative Activity

Come join a facilitated discussion on how to respond effectively to someone who confides in you that they are having mental health concerns and how to reach out for help when you’re the one who needs it. Following the presentation we will have a creative activity.

The event will be held virtually via Zoom and the link can be found on the An Clachan Facebook Group in the events section or upon request by email to amy.okesola@queensu.ca.  If you are interested in participating in the creative activity, please RSVP so we can drop off a kit to you.
