Pre Move Out Inspections.
Preliminary outgoing inspections will begin on Monday February 6, 2012 – for those units where all members are vacating in April – to assess the current condition (damage, cleaning) of your unit. Facilities are asked when completing their inspections to document what they see.  Our administration office receives copies of the inspection results and reviews this along with information on file to make a decision on whether to assess charges or not.  PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OUR OFFICE ABOUT DAMAGES NOTED ON THE FORMS UNLESS YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US ABOUT IT. Each unit will be left a form once the inspection is completed; the form will indicate any required attention (if applicable). Minor repairs may also be done at the time of the inspection, time permitting.  Please note, due to furniture, wall coverings, etc. it may not be possible to fully assess the unit. Final charges related to cleaning and damages (if applicable) will be determined after the unit has been vacated.

Deadline for May Split Rent Payments. A friendly reminder to those of you who have signed a lease for May 1: This year in order to split your rent payments (i.e. each housemate paying a portion of the rent each month), ALL housemates must submit Pre-Authorized Debit Agreements for their portion. These should be submitted as a single package for the unit and must be received no later than April 15, 2012. Rent will be due in one payment (i.e. one cheque/cash) otherwise. These must be done each lease period, so even if you are on one now you will need to submit a new one.
