Kids’ Time – Every Child Matters

The annual Orange Shirt Day on September 30th opens the door to conversation on all aspects of Residential Schools. It is an opportunity to create meaningful discussions about the effects of Residential Schools and the legacy they have left behind.  It is a time for building bridges towards reconciliation and to healing.

During Kids’ Time on September 22nd we will be having an event for the children of An Clachan. Come prepared to learn, to share and to honour the children who lived through those difficult times. Because EVERY CHILD MATTERS!

The event will be held outdoors and masks must be worn. Just a reminder that children must be accompanied by an adult. If there is rain, the event will be held virtually on Zoom and the Zoom link will be posted on the An Clachan Facebook Page.
