Vaccination Status Declaration Form & Vaccination Policy

Queen’s requires all students, staff, and faculty to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to fill in a vaccination status declaration form no later than September 13, 2021.
Community Housing rental units have back to back leases which means for tenants moving out at the end of August, there is someone scheduled to move into your apartment on September 1. Any changes to move out plans require consultation with your landlord. Community Housing is committed to assisting wherever possible in facilitating arrangements to support all students, both incoming and outgoing tenants. Please note that depending on individual circumstances, it may not be possible make adjustments to your move out date or time.
If you have roommates who are also moving, please consider coordinating your moves so that you are not moving at the same time. Please remember to practice safe physical distancing of 2 metres. Please limit the number people that come to assist you to just two.
